We won at the European Property Awards

UNStudio's design for a terraced building with a mirrored canopy on a lawn in Seoul, rendered by ZOA Studio, with the European Property Awards 2026-2027 Award Winner ribbon.

ZOA Studio is the Award Winner, Property CGI Company, Hungary, at the European Property Awards 2026-2027.

This was our first time entering. The International Property Awards judge from print alone, so the jury receives one bound book, A3 at most, with no USB stick and no links. It was something out of our daily routine, for a studio whose films and interactive tools mostly exist on a screen.

We designed a booklet for the entry with Áron Hujber of Studio Stoki. It has a black cover with a laser-cut front, a yellow page behind it and yellow thread binding, and Prime Rate printed it. Inside are some of our projects, our specialties, the recognition we have received and what clients have said about working with us. This year interior and architectural CGI were judged as one category, so both sides of our work went into the same book.

The entry began with a first call to the organisers last November. The book was shipped to their office in England in early May, and the jury judged it over the summer.

The good news came by phone in September, while András Onodi, our founder, was on a business trip in Oslo. The official letter followed a few days later. The results were presented on 22 October at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

We printed 100 more copies, and András has been handing them out on business trips since: it turned into our most amazing sales brochure.

This award joins the 2026 Architizer Vision Awards, where ZOA Studio was named Architectural Visualizer of the Year.
