New heights for a creative partnership
Our long-standing collaboration with UNStudio took on a new creative challenge with our recent luxury residential project. While we’ve delivered on many prestigious developments, this project required us to rethink our approach to capture the complexity of the concept the architectural studio brought to the table.
Each render demanded distinctive ideas to deliver on the project’s stunning aesthetic and prestigious style, as well as justify its luxury positioning and the price point that comes with it. Despite our shared history, this project redefined our creative limits, making it one of our most ambitious undertakings yet with possibly the best results we’ve ever seen.
Shaping an ever-changing cityscape
Located in a prime expat location near a downtown area and famous cultural landmarks, this new residential tower is part of a broader vision for a thriving maritime city. The residential tower offers uninterrupted views with residences designed to maximize natural light and space. Its base—a six-floor retail and parking complex—includes a stunning infinity pool, providing residents with an exclusive leisure spot.
People can access top-tier amenities, including fitness centers, landscaped promenades, and quiet communal areas. Ideal for those seeking both urban convenience and privacy, this tower promises a refined lifestyle in the heart of this city’s dynamic landscape.
Overcoming creative challenges
Tasked with blending the Azure building seamlessly into its urban and natural surroundings, we created the entire natural and built environment from scratch, positioning semi-aerial and eye-level shots to capture the ocean views and the harmony between architecture and landscape.
We placed great attention on one of the key design aspects of the residential tower: the organic, fluid shapes of the facade, inspired by coral reef motifs. The design demanded both technical precision and creativity, pushing our artists to go beyond conventional visualization techniques to ensure each rendering captured the building’s seamless connection to its coastal and urban surroundings.

Given the typically slow pace of the real estate market, where sales cycles often last 1-2 years or more, we rarely see immediate feedback on our visualizations. You can imagine our surprise and satisfaction when the market’s response to the project was both immediate and overwhelming—all properties sold out within 24 hours of the official sales launch.
