ZOA Studio is an international architectural visualization studio with 19 years of expertise specializing in animations. We’re working with some of the biggest names in architecture, like Gensler, Snøhetta, UNStudio, and Zaha Hadid. We’re based in Budapest and Valencia, and we’re all about bringing architecture and design to the masses in the coolest way possible.

// We offer valuable work experience in sales. We are happy to share our knowledge and teach you sales techniques using recent technologies and usage of tools like CRM, resource management systems, professional use of MS Office (primarily MS Excel), Slack, etc.
Typical daily tasks may include
// Generating and evaluating Leads with Data Mining tools (focusing on identifying potential partner companies and locating relevant contact persons for collaboration).
// Maintaining the CRM and Administrative system according to the sales pipeline: filling them precisely and keeping them up to date
// Assistance in compiling offers and calculations with support from the Sales Team
// Assisting New Business Managers by attending client sales meetings, creating call logs, and managing the associated administrative processes
// Managing email campaigns and organizing business trips for New Business Managers

What you should bring
// Bachelor’s degree in administration, sales, or related fields, preferably from an English-language programme
// Proactivity, dynamism, and creativity with a high degree of self-motivation
// Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
// Reliable, trustworthy (especially with confidential information), and strong work ethic
// Strong communication and interpersonal skills
// Ability to work as part of a team
// Advanced computer skills including the ability to work with spreadsheets, data programs, and Adobe Acrobat
// Good verbal and written English language skills; Any other language (especially French) is a plus.
