Domino Plaza
Office Designed for the Modern-World Employee
Work and relax under one roof
The Domino office hub project isn’t just about creating a place to work; it’s about redefining what the workplace can be. Companies today are no longer just providing desks and meeting rooms—they’re cultivating environments that balance business, leisure, and wellness. From gym to kindergarten, employees can find everything within reach of their office. Accessibility also plays a key role, as the upcoming quarter plans to attract tenants with its convenient urban transportation opportunities.
Easy access to everyday essentials
The monumental corner-building stands out as the guardian of the upcoming area filled with life. Upon entering from the surrounding main roads, visitors will pass a majestic statue in front that characterizes the main square. Starting from there, an iconic passage boasting a multitude of shops and restaurants will take us along the ground floor. The passage organically leads visitors from their bus or tram stop to a diverse supply of services to choose from. On the floors above starts the vast array of chic offices. Last, but not least, as visitors stroll by the shopping street they can easily find themselves at the extensive green courtyard to enjoy a breath of fresh air.
Eco-friendly metropolis
The design approach was based on environment-friendly principles, incorporating energy-efficient mechanical solutions in the facade construction, as well as in the lighting and water-saving system. Not to mention the extensive use of recycled building materials, electric car chargers, cooling and heating energy.
Overall, we must say Domino was a complex project, as the whole visualization of the metropolis was quite resource-demanding due to our attention to detail. In order to create the realistic backgrounds and aerial views, we had to go several rounds back and forth with the client’s partner agencies to get each building’s missing model. Yet we must say we love the final result and even managed to deliver the project successfully on time. Now, we are ready to move on to the next challenge.
