Our partners have finally unveiled some unpublished images for a Rennes 2030 urban project.
Green union
Ascension Paysagère (previously called de l’Octroi) will consist of 135 dwellings, a mix of private residences and social housing to transform Octroi into a green union along the Ille and Vilaine rivers, and the centre of Rennes.
Night silhouette
At night, the windows light up and the buildings provide a new night silhouette in Rennes Métropole.
