Triple Living’s commitment to creating vibrant city neighborhoods with a strong identity, thoughtful architecture, and a green character aligns with the vision of Nieuw Zuid. With David Chipperfield’s impressive achievements, including the recent Pritzker Architecture Prize, his expertise adds to the project’s prestige and reinforces its architectural excellence.
Boomgaard offers a boutique collection of high-quality, energy-efficient, and customizable new-build residential flats. The design incorporates high ceilings and thoughtful interior finishing with warm woodwork, creating a spacious and pleasant atmosphere.
The flats range from one to three bedrooms and offer spaciousness while maintaining a homely feel. The unique feature of corner flats and see-through flats with two winter gardens, transformed by sliding windows into covered terraces, allows residents to enjoy outdoor spaces and the beautiful indoor garden throughout the four seasons.
The winter gardens also provide ecological value, acting as a buffer against natural elements and contributing to energy efficiency and climate-proof living. The project follows strict insulation and energy standards, with a hybrid structure of concrete and wood minimizing carbon dioxide emissions.

Our concept for the Boomgaard Residential transcends the boundaries of conventional architectural animations. Each space, both inside and outside, is showcased with a unique mood, briefly flashing the viewer to different areas representing precious memories.
The animation also highlights the project’s key features, such as a peaceful and green environment, a young and middle-aged community, and easy access to great restaurants.

Triple Living
Triple Living’s ultimate goal is to create sustainable, green urban neighborhoods where people can live, work, and socialize. The partnership between Skyline Europe and Group Minerva gave birth to Triple Living when the opportunity arose to develop the old railroad site near Antwerp South in 2010. Since then, the transformation of these sites has yielded remarkable results, such as the vibrant new urban district of Nieuw Zuid and the notable Slachthuissite in Antwerp. They are also actively engaged in the construction of a low-energy neighborhood in the park of Wilrijk, a new neighborhood in Rotterdam, and the highly sought-after Duinenwater residential development in Knokke. With a focus on overseeing the construction, development, and delivery of their projects, they collaborate closely with city and town councils, as well as their valued partners, and our studio to ensure the realization and communication of impactful and meaningful developments.
