Ask any Budapest local what the most exciting architectural project in the city is currently, and they will likely tell you about the ongoing rejuvenation of the iconic City Park and its surroundings. They would probably give you the same answer if asked about the most livable urban areas. An offspring of this bigger development in question is the Dürer Park complex, an ambitious mixed-use real estate project consisting of three residential and two office buildings, blending modern architectural elements with green spaces and sustainable design. The project highlights eco-friendly living, integrating energy-efficient features like smart home systems, geothermal heat pumps, and zero-emission infrastructure.

In the case of the Dürer Park animation, our team created playful motion graphics for the intro and outro segments from scratch that align with the existing brand guidelines, and designed and rendered scenes that showcase the site, the green surroundings, and the connection between the two. The result is a clean and concise summary of the vision of this development that is bound to play a key role in selling the remainder of the residential units to lucky locals and investors with a keen eye.
