Mangrove
Mangrove-Inspired Skyscraper Takes Root and Blooms in Asia
An architectural statement

Located on a rapidly developing waterfront site in Asia, this mixed-use tower is envisioned as a bold new landmark. Designed by B+H Architects, the tower seeks to blend its iconic aesthetics with a strong connection to its environment.
Drawing inspiration from mangrove trees and floral forms, the structure features an organic, flowing geometry that distinguishes it from the surrounding low-rise urban area—an aspect we presented throughout our visualization package.
A tower that mimics nature

While drawing clear inspiration from the iconic mangrove tree found in the region, the building also unfolds in a petal-like form, evoking the delicate symmetry of a flower as well. This organic structure isn’t just for aesthetics; it also allows for optimized interior layouts, maximizing natural light and panoramic views.
The sheer scale and bold presence of the tower make it an unmistakable focal point, demanding a visual language that is both elegant and powerful. Without any direct real-world reference images or site photography to rely on, every aspect of the visualization had to be constructed in full 3D, ensuring an authentic and immersive representation of the final vision.
From every angle

With such an unconventional and striking silhouette, capturing the essence of the design required an extensive creative exploration process. Our artist team was immediately drawn to the intriguing complexity of the architecture, producing numerous sketches to test different perspectives and compositions. Given the scale and artistic demands of the new development, additional team members were ultimately assigned to the project to ensure that every detail was done perfectly. And moreover, it was finished on time.

At first glance, it would seem like the fact that the visualization had to be crafted from the ground up in 3D would be a great challenge—and to an extent, it was; this initial hurdle ultimately led to greater creative freedom, allowing our team to fully explore the building’s character from every flattering angle.
