How to Visualize Architecture: Our Work Is in Print

Architizer‘s new publication, How to Visualize Architecture, is an educational guide to architectural storytelling and visual communication, illustrated throughout with award-winning work from the Architizer Vision Awards. Among those featured pages are our own selected renderings, included thanks to our studio being named Jury Winner, Rendering Artist of the Year, at the 2025 Architizer Vision Awards.

Holding the printed volume and turning to our visualizations inside it makes the recognition feel real in a way an online listing never quite could. Under the Fjords and the Not a Hotel Rusutsu project, created in cooperation with Snøhetta, the pieces that carried us to the title, now sit alongside some of the most compelling architectural imagery being produced today, in a book meant to teach the next generation of architects and artists how representation shapes ideas in architectural competitions and client presentations.

We remain deeply proud of last year’s title. Being selected as “Rendering Artist of the Year,” and a finalist in “Architectural Videographer of the Year” placed our craft among the very best in the field worldwide, and seeing that work preserved in print is a milestone we’ll carry forward.

To Gensler, Zaha Hadid, Snøhetta, B+H, CO.OP Studio, UNS, and everyone who has trusted us to tell their architectural stories: thank you. This book belongs to you as much as to us.

ZOA Studio’s award-winning portfolio can be explored on the Architizer Winners Page.
