Global City Hotel
Luxurious Accommodations in the Heart of Vietnam
High-end hospitality in the East
In recent years, we’ve seen a noticeable boom in the Far East’s tourism sector, propelling these beautiful territories and countries into the frontline of the most desired vacation destinations. However, as it turns out, domestic tourism is in its heyday as well, prompting investors and real estate developers to turn their attention to hospitality and try to serve local and global audiences at the same time.
One such development is the Global City project in the Saigon center of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam which was designed by our long-time partner Airoso & Simétrico, a Portugal design studio with a keen eye for the extraordinary. Together with them, we’ve created a pack of still renderings that will surely convince well-off Asian tourists to spend as much time in this cozy hotel as they possibly can.
Strengthening our global relations
Working for the Asian market is as exciting as it is tricky. On the one hand, it’s always exciting to develop images that depict landscapes and design principles that can be radically different from those of Europe and America. On the other, the cultural differences pose a unique artistic challenge. While the images’ photorealism is desired to some degree, much more important is to evoke a certain feeling in the viewer. To this end, we have to separate ourselves from certain technical considerations and focus more on the mood of each image that we create to bring an emotional aspect into the marketing.
With projects made for the luxury hospitality market, it is of utmost importance for our visualizations to be of the highest quality so they can accurately represent these accommodations’ value and uniqueness, enticing the target group and justifying the higher price point they aim at.
