A New Living Hub Emerges in Switzerland
Adding a new real estate gem to our portfolio
When our partners McRock and Lupo & Zuccarello decided to bring a new modern housing project to Basel, one of the shining examples of old medieval towns in Switzerland, we rose to the challenge by imagining what this state-of-the-art living complex would look like on the banks of the Rhine River.
Modern living redefined
With its direct tram access, a parking garage for cars and bicycles, 23 high-profile apartments, a welcoming café on the ground floor, and additional office spaces, this townhouse ticks all the boxes to establish a highly functioning and convenient living and working hub in the city. Not to mention that Basel’s lifeline, the Rhine is just a short walk from the site, making it an exceptional real estate development not just in the city but in all of Switzerland.
Our task was to grab the attention of potential buyers by visualizing everything this residential project offers from its great amenities and prime location to the elegantly designed interiors that reflect warmth and comfort. While we went through many iterations and feedback rounds to get the best results possible, our partnership proved to be pretty smooth with open and straightforward communication, leading to some of our best visual renders. For one, we can’t wait to see this development come to life in the near future.
